Umbrella Mental Health is a trade name (DBA) used by Jonathan Kim, PMHNP-BC, a sole proprietor licensed in the State of California. This practice is not a corporation, LLC, or partnership of any kind. All services are provided solely by Jonathan Kim, PMHNP-BC.
